I've realized that mental health is something we all face, yet we often don't know how to address these issues. For instance, have you ever met someone in public and started sharing some deep issues, only to realize you don't know how to help that person? It's quiet an overwhelming situation, and you really can trust everyone you met but what they share can be disturbing and now you are not sure how to help.
I feel like sometimes someone feels safe telling a person they've met only once in their lifetime about issues that are causing them misery, just to relieve a certain burden from their chest. Telling someone you know your issues can feel like anytime this person can just expose you and it could be really embarrassing.
