I've realized that mental health is something we all face, yet we often don't know how to address these issues. For instance, have you ever met someone in public and started sharing some deep issues, only to realize you don't know how to help that person? It's quiet an overwhelming situation, and you really can trust everyone you met but what they share can be disturbing and now you are not sure how to help.

I feel like sometimes someone feels safe telling a person they've met only once in their lifetime about issues that are causing them misery, just to relieve a certain burden from their chest. Telling someone you know your issues can feel like anytime this person can just expose you and it could be really embarrassing.

Kumekuwa na tabia ya kuandika lugha ngumu siku hizi, haya toa tafsiri ili twende sawa.

Lugha si ngumu.

Labda wewe kichwa chako ndiyo kigumu kuelewa lugha.

It happens a lot, I will share two incidences

1. At Ubungo bus terminal before it was moved to Mbezi, I went there to receive a package from village. When I was there, I met a young girl who wait for a package as well. So she asked me to call the sender of hers, after the call she started crying and hugging me.
I was shocked because it was a public area with a lot of people, I stand still and started to asked her what happened, so it happened that the sender of the package was her mother but she is so mean to her daughter. I did my best to comfort her, she told me a lot of her family. I didn’t give her my number so I didn’t hear about her anymore, I hope she is doing fine to this day.

2. Was in daladala, a mid age women, from normal conversations to deep explanations about her marriage issues.

People go through a lot, we just can’t see through their skin

So true and it get into a point you wanna help them in details but again, you really don't know these people... but it also shows that even the people we are close to are venting to strangers too so we should be careful to our loved ones and take care of each other
