Spot on.....Tanzania is full of average people and more below the average... my reference point is a level of personal judgement as well as thinking ability.
That said, what the guy has fully succeeded is to have above said crew behind him! A crew of people whose thinking capacity is below the average!

Liar..!! We have a tume which is active on containing the drug dealers. This is a huge achievement.He went after suspected drug dealers and users in a much publicized stunt and nothing meaningful has come out of it thus far.
In Tanzania, Crooks, traitors, vassals of our 'enemy', and the like can not ascend to power. If you are none of them you will ascend to that position. All the best.Just pray we don't get into power. Just pray!
