Help me to find a proficient contractor

I have bought an old building and I wish to renovate it so that it can be used for commercial offices. I am in the process of locating and hiring a contractor for the overall renovation work. Any suggestions where can I find a reputable contractors? Thanks in advance
 
How big is the building and where is it? I can’t really recommend anyone if I don’t know what type of project your going to undertake or where, but I would recommend going to Profiles of Local Contractors and Home Improvement Specialists - jobtrio.com the site is a median that helps consumers find contractors, there are thousands of contractors listed on the site so you should be able to find the right contractor for your specific project.

Yeah ofcourse i also recommend SAMCAT they are good at alterations, fit outs and renovations. the guy named Sanga he's office is at oysterbay off haile selasie road, nearby Q bar.

It is easier for the contractor to do renovation of the building if there is no some interior works which might require an architect/building consultant. I think if the building was not meant for offices, here and there it might require an architect/building consultant to come up with guidelines to enable contractor to work. This option might add more cost to the project but could be a good professional approach
