So i am 25 right ? I have been using the same name in most of my Certificates, but for the last 10 years I found out I am a bastard son and my Father Claims to not have had a bastard son, So I am Disowned, Now Here is the Crucial part, My mum Renamed me from Rajab To Amour around 2011 due to the same reason, But I haven't been able to recuperate that name into my legal documentations, NOW i currently Want to go on with that decision, Can Anyone help me out with the processes, I don't have a Father to guide me

I also pray that tge readers in here neither be disowned nor disowning their kids, It's a mentally Infuriating and Cripling Decision, I wish he wore protection that day

More work is needed to polish your English, else is a good try!
You can go the court and have your name/s legally changed! Though names appearing on your certificates wil still remain!
Dude, really??? Of all things, you only saw his English?

If you understood his query then his English is good enough.

For sure, Court adjourning is compulsory, what will the price be ? cause I tend to believe nothing in Tz is Free

Mshua alikuwa na kitengo kizuri serikalini hivyo he won't give two shits about me

I understand his frustration, I too was skeptical when typing these data, I am clouded by pain and birth ptsd lmao, so I also didn't give two shits about my grammar, but since u said it to be a bother to your claim, I suppose I can but only say Thanks for the Time to reply to me

Sometimes there are some things that people end up needing that even money cannot buy.

I would like to reverse the concept of a bastard son to, if at all it is necessary to call anyone a bastard, a bastard father.

The child does not deserve a negative name for actions the child had no control over. He just found himself living.

The fathwr and mother are the one who caused the chikd to exist and if anyone should be blamed and labelled names, they should.

On changing names, Shakespear said a rose shall smell as sweet by any name. Why do you want to change your name if at all the process is cumbersome?

Do you simply want to disassociate yourself with the name of the oerson who disowned you? Or were you stipulated to do this?

A lawyer can help you create a deed poll for changing your name legally, which can then be registered with the appropriate authorities. It should be noted that official documents, such as certificates, will not be updated with the new name.

Bastard is bastard ata ukibadili majina haitokufanya wewe usiwe bastard...so relax kama wakina jonh snow
