HIV from thorn plant

Hello everybody!

My friend is known HIV positive and was recently diagnosed during insurance check up. He (my friend) got pricked from a rose thorn and bled.

Now I also got pricked from the same thorn about a minute after he got pricked on my finger and blood oozed out of my finger.
