Wana jf mie nna tatizo linanipa utata kuna particle(vijichembe) nyeupe huwa vinajishikiza kwenye koo(mfumo wa hewa) na ninapohisi usumbufu zaidi huwa najilazimisha kama kutema kwa kutumia nguvu ya msuguano katika koo ndipo vijichembe vyeupe hutoka na nimejaribu kuvichunguza vinaharufu mbaya hasa ninapovisaga harufu hii inafanana na harufu inayotokaga kwa watu wenye matatizo ya harufu mdomoni hasa unapoongea nao ila mimi ni hivi vijichembe ndio vinanisumbua hivi tatizo ni nini na ni nini hivi vichembe?

I hope kutakuwa kuna kitu utaweza kunywa au ku sugulia mdomo na koo. Umejaribu pia warm water yenye chumvi?
