The hormones you listed are important for the gonadal development and fertility in human. The amount and function depend on sex, age and health of the person. I would suggest you go back to the same hospital to see doctor because sometime the reading range depends on the lab guidelines.
In male usually values are constant but different for females depending on the situation in case of pregnancy, menstrual etc. You can visit
