THE Director of Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau ( PCCB), Dr Edward Hoseah, has been appointed a delegate to UNDP Advisory Board for the period between 2008 -2011.
The appointment is effective from 19 October, 2009 as stated in the UNDP letter which was signed by the Board Chairperson Geraldine Fraser.
The board deals with Global Thematic Programme on Anti-Corruption for Development Effectiveness (PACDE) under the UNDP International Development Programme.
Some of the responsibilities of the Board members is to give out and receive various international contributions in order to strengthen cooperation and good relations between them and to make a follow up on good governance strategies among member countries.
Tanzania is a member country of UNDP and it has continued to benefit from different UNDP programmes.
