How to automatically remove dublicate words or paragraphs in MS Word

To automatically remove duplicate words:

Enter (<*>) (\1) in the “Find what” box.

Then; enter \1 in the “Replace with” box.

Then;

Click the “Replace All” button.


To automatically remove paragraphs:

Enter (*^13)(\1)@ in the “Find what” box.

Then; enter \1 in the “Replace with” box.

Then;

Click the “Replace All” button
