The best way to breath is to take it from your belly. Many people do not know this mode of breathing. Take several slow breaths from your belly. Stomach breathing activates your brain. It helps you to improve your thinking skills and memory.

Deep breathing also increases the oxygen flow to your brain cells. As a result they become more active.

Studies also have shown that Chewing gum also can help you improve you thinking skills. The act of chewing gum increases the flow of blood to your brain. People chewing gum are able to concentrate better and remember new information better. It is good to use sugar free gum to avoid any side effects.

You can also try arm circles. It is good to go to a place where no one can see you. It is enough to do 10-15 set of arm circles.To do an arm circle,just extend your arm straight out to the front. Then swing your arm all the way behind you and back to the front. Always keep your elbow blocked while performing these exercises. It will increase you heart rate which is considered good for your brain.

Make use of some brain games. Puzzles and brainteasers force your mind to get in active mode. The various types like crossword puzzles, Sudoku, etc can be made use of for this purpose.

Drink enough water. Don't go for sodas, colas or coffee. Don't eat chocolate or sweets. They'll decrease your ability to concentrate and remember things. For example, if you want to quit smoking, reward your progress by treating yourself after milestones (hours, days, weeks, months without smoking) are reached. Hapa pekee haitoshi bali hata vyakula tunavyokula siku hizi nazo zinachangia sisi kuwa mazuzu na kutofikiri mambo kwa aufanisi zaidi,We need to stop drink these fruits and destructive food for our better health so that we can think Critically and Intensivelly.
 
The problem is not about thinking just like that all we know you can't be in a conscious mode and escape thinking it's impossible to live within a second without think no matter what type of thinking you are going through unless you are in subconscious or in a coma though there are some studies done already provide the information about the possibility to some people going through subconscious and coma to think.

The big problem nowadays is what type of thinking is circulating in your sense? Is it productive is it worthy anything credible due to the simplicity in many life's aspect people are not critically think too much to find a paving way because the technology made that over especially to the first world countries.

That's why you may find the statistics of strange diseases and disorders caused by obesity and psychological agents raised extensively and they are coming to Africa very promptly this is because of copying bad lifestyle of west without realize they're trash and hopeless.

Being junk foods, education systems, mass Media and entertainment, Social network platforms altogether is our best enemy right now from thinking critically and productively and unfortunately the tragedy is planned and there are official institutions to make sure the mission is accurate and effective done.

So beware and take action.
