The simplest way to know that you are overweight is to calculate your body mass index (BMI) and is calculated in this way
#Measure your weight in kilogram (kg)
#Measure your height in metre (m)
#Square your height (metre square)
#Then take your weight in kg and dived by your height in metre square
Compere your answer in the table below you will know whether you are overweight or not
BMI categories
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5 - 24.9
Overweight = 25 - 29.9
Obesity = 30>
