Requirements:
First Degree from a reputable and recognized institution in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Sociology or any other relevant course.
Job Description:
Responsible for all personnel issues within the project and also ensuring that policies regarding human resources are implemented resulting to staff motivation hence optimal performance. This will include ensuring all legal responsibilities are being followed, and all policies of Vi Agro forestry are being implemented. The Human Resource Officer works under daily supervision of the Head of Administration but is also supervised by and report to the Project Manager.
