Requirements:
a) Contribute to the development of policies, strategies and administrative procedures for managing human resources; assess their relevance and take adequate measures to implement them.
b) Analyze and have a general idea of the work of the Division to ensure corresponding administrative support to all services of the Court.
c) Assist members of the Court, staff and visitors on general administrative issues.
d) Draft and supervise the drafting of correspondences, reports and minutes concerning staff administrative issues.
e) Provide useful information and advice to Service Heads and staff members on administrative policies, procedures and rules.

- Candidates must have a minimum of a University degree in human resources management, Public or Business Administration or management or related disciplines.
- An advanced University degree or a relevant professional postgraduate diploma in the field (Masters Degree or equivalent) would be an added advantage
