This is my personal opinion based on the ongoing political hiccups in Tanzania, east africa, Africa, Europe, Asia and USA that democracy governance is on teh sharp decline right from teh first to the so called thrid wolrd.
When you meet a liberal, social, pluralist, conservative, elitist, republican, labor movement ete all of which do not indicate effective techniques to accommodate everybody's centred political ideology acceptable to pursue due to cultural, customs, national core values constraints resisting to achieve the common goals beneficiary to all levels of social, economic and security status.
Since the creation of the world the human being has been undergoing a dynamic transformation subject to changing environment, social interaction, economic influence and society governance. The african ancestros had a proper administration that led the community to encounter the challenges let it security, food security, social interaction, productive economy and jcrisis imanagement which took them until the colonial rule disintegrated the good administrative system replaced with imported autocratic, anarchy or democratic system without consultation.
It is opined that the african states deliberate each country to formulate a hybrid democratic system that is consistently integrated with the fundamental ancestral administrative system mixing with a few western or eastern civilization that does not violate the core values and cultural framework.
"Hybrid African Democratic Modal" shall be impressive, friendly, national security defender and respectful to be practiced by whoever contests to lead the state thereby part away with the imported democracy that surely its motive and intent is to divide and rule to expand economic dominance.
"..Democracy: A Controversial Concept Democracy is a controversial concept. In the political thought of antiquity, the normative discourse on (the good) democracy was always central. Since the second half of the twentieth century, it has gained a new intensity. The range of democracy theories is almost too vast to cover (see, e.g., Held 1996; Schmidt 2010; Lembcke et al. 2012; Schaal et al. 2014). To gain an overview, the material can be ordered in various ways. Normative democracy theories can be ordered historically/chronologically, ideologically, in procedural or institutional terms, or by author. The result is usually a mixed system that reads like a long catalogue of democracy plus attribute: conservative, liberal, social, pluralist, elitist, decisionist, communitarian, cosmopolitan, republican, deliberative, participative/participatory, feminist, critical, post-modern, or multiculturalist democracy, to mention only the most important.2 Simplification is called for. In the never-ending competition for the right to define the concept, substance, and limits of democracy, three groups of democratic theory can be identified: the minimalist (electoral) model, the mid-range (proceduralist) model, and the maximalist (substantialist) model...."
