Hello! Partner ninaye muhitaji sio lazima awe na skills juu ya services ambazo kampuni itashughulika nazo.
And if we are to form partnership, then it's not my company...it's "our" company. You're going to benefit equally as I will benefit. Let's say we divide it like this: I base in service provision, the part I'm good at, (remember it's all about creative services...no product inventions) and you base in management (doing directorship duties)...This form is clear and inter-dependent.

I have all the softwares, plugins, packs and anything related to soft-stuff. But here 3 main steps:
1. Paper works (Business Plan, Brand Message Worksheet, Service Description Worksheet, Competitive Analysis, Marketing Expenses Strategy Chart, Pricing Strategy Worksheet, Target Market Data Worksheet and Opening-Day-Balance-Sheet)


2. Assets (5 Computers, Office Printer, Office Scanner, Still Camera, Video Camera, 2 Lights, 2 Studio Umbrellas, 2 Office Chairs, 2 Office Tables, 1 Guest Sofa, Green-screen Fabric and 1 Carpet )


3. Cash in hand (This is the money to finance Opening day, Print-Adverts for First-Day Marketing, Rent, Registration and Company Website Hosting...approximately Tshs 1 Million.)


Now DON'T PANIC. I can handle the entire number 1 successfully, I have half of the number 2 assets and almost have 45% of number 3 and I will design the website myself. Nadhani nimefafanua kidogo.

Naweza malizia namba 3. Kwa namba mbili inategemeana je kwa makadirio unadhani ni kiasi gani?ukitaja kiasi nakujibu .

Actual unaweza taja specs za still camera na video camera ambayo nadhani ndio inaweza weka different kubwa ya bei ...nitacheck online

The entire number 2 = 6 Million Tshs. But niko na baadhi ya assets zenye thamani ya 2.5 Ml Tshs. Baadhi ya vyombo hapo tunaweza ku-hire kwa kazi za mwanzo, ambazo zitatengeneza pesa ya kuvinunua, mf: Video camera...inapaswa iwe ile profesional. sasa vitu kama hivi tutakuwa tuki-hire per projects.

The good video camera inaanza na 2-3 Ml. The good still camera inaanza na 800,000 - 1 Ml.
