Thank you LAT, I have exactly the same problem in Mwanza city center, l used to ask several local banks and colleagues individually with no success, may be through this forum with great think tanks we may succeed, kindly let us share relevant information.

absolutely very right, for investments like real estate development projects you need someone to adress the above mentioned themes

lets wait for experience and professionals to revert back
