I am reluctant to try what worked for someone else.

So far from the advice received I have decided that I will get my hormones tested and treated if there is any cause for concern.

Believe me I have enough sense to choose this suggested solution.

A friend of mine says a high libido potentially becomes a problem when it results in sexual activity that feels out of control, such as sexual compulsion. But there is a way out of it, programs such as Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA) follow the same recovery model as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).

Speaking of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) is this big book i used to read that helps chronic alcoholic to recover, since they say it has the same recovery models i recommend you read this book(You can just download it). This is the same book that Sara was reading after she became an addict in TV series Prison Break.

NB: Getting out of any addiction is a process, you have to be patience and resilience, thats all you need.
