I’m endowed with fertile land, precious resources and a creative mind but I am still a product of the Ongoing Racism (POOR). I have not yet been able to stand on my own, appreciate myself and feel proud of my genuine nature. That is me Africa the author of my own misfortune and it is true I am poor.

The world is made to believe on the existence of natural inferiority and superiority of some races and this has been the root cause of all social, political and economic injustice, inequality and exploitation. Africans are living in the world of misery where everything about them is underrated, discriminated, doubted and prohibited. For so long they have been stretching their chest keeping their head up but still the ongoing racism has made them less valued product. To make themselves fit in this world they made a wrong decision of denying themselves just as their enemy, “the oppressor” has denied them. Despite having the choice of either being themselves or the product of the ongoing racism Africans chose to be POOR through mental slavery.

Africa does not control her faith, believe system and culture because she has sold her soul and unfortunately at a low price. Though she knows that her price was much worthy than the offer granted to her by his oppressor she still fear to return back to the table to bargain the deal and terminate it. She has forgotten that despite being told a lot of things she was never told that Black is beautiful. When an African opens his hotel or restaurant he names it after a certain Western City. You should not get shock when you hear of Las Palmas garden, Californiainn restaurant or London doors hotel at the center of Machakos in Nairobi or in Dares salaam.

We show less support to our native Soccer teams but kill ourselves because of foreign teams. It is Manchester United, Arsenal, Barcelona not Simba, Young Africans FC, Gormahia or Esperance.
Africans have reached a point that they feel that their names do not sound good and not tasty. We feel that our ancestry names are devilish and evil spirits that why when you got baptized you were given name John not Kerumboti. Your parents believed that John was a holly name and your Maasai name Kerumboti is accompanied with some demonic powers.

My goodness! what a tragedy, what a slavery who has bewitched an African. Let’slook at this scenario which took place in loliondo Arusha Tanzania. A Maasai man was married to a beautiful well educated woman at the university of Dares salaam. These couples were blessed to have a son. When their son was born his dad proposed the son to be named Lomnyak which meant blessed in Maasai. But the woman proposed her son to be named Donald because it is a famous name and of great people like president of America and former British prime minister.

The conflict broke in the family on which name was a son going to named. Mama Donald was a product of the ongoing racism because she believed lomnyak was a name from an inferior civilization.
Africans are spending millions of money on denying their true nature.

Our daughters spend a lot of money on cosmetics bleaching themselves getting rid of their genuine melanin just because she was told by her oppressor that black means a Slave, curse, bad luck and inferior. They went further pimping their hairs dreaming to resemble a Brazilian or Indian goddess. Our sons think that it was a bad luck for them being born in Africa. They wished they belonged to the Western world but how unlucky are they for you can never managed to run away from being an African, you will only pretend not to be one but for real Africa is the mother of civilization and closer to nature than any other race you have ever known.

It is the duty of the youth to realize that it was God’s plan for us being present at this beautiful continent and we have all rights and reasons to be proud of ourselves.
No one will ever accept someone who denies himself or herself not even the merciful God accepts such person who intentionallydenies his true self.

It really pains when I see black herbs being banned from being used, African therapy being labeled as superstition, our technology said to be outdated, our believes termed demonic, and our leadership judged to be non-democratic. Everything for a black man is rumored to be darkness. Holly people and powers are always visualized in white’s man image, which should not make an African man feels inferior. They believe that we are weak but deep inside us we are great it’s time for us to find ourselves from within to control the without.

Africans must be aware that poverty is not roots of all her problems but being ‘POOR’’. We are the active product of the ongoing racism and the industry that produces us is the Religions we have accepted the education systems we adopted from them and the culture we embraced from them denying ourselves.

This has induced fear in us and that is why we are even afraid to face ourselves. Let’s face ourselves and destroy the enemy ‘us’ who needs to be ‘them’ and the Most High God, God of creation shall call us The gates of Zion beloved than the dwellings of Jacob.
