I'm looking for a smart, versatile and committed Personal Assistant. Must be female aged 20 to 30 years with a background in the private sector especially Project Management, Planning or Development related interventions.

Knowledge of law and or how government machinery works in processes such as acquiring permits, compliances, registration of NGOs, Companies or ventures will be highly valuable.

The position does not call for a normal 8 to 5 desk routine but its more around being my hands, eyes and feet in shaping ideas and or ventures.

It will involve a lot of brainstorming, planning, coordinating and generally getting basic infrastucture of an organization/entity to take shape.

I estimate that the first six months will mostly be around logistics and establishment.nThis will require constant feedback and consultations but not necessarily daily physical meetings.

At some later stage when a physical office is established the position will require regular office hours and routines.

I'm not fixated on level of meducation though the minimum should be a bachelors degree in any field preferably business management, research, development studies, law or project management.

Salary is negotiable.nBut the applicant should understand that this is not an established position but rather a supporting role while I establish venture(s) that will probably start to make a profit after at the earliest 1 year.

Please send your well written CV highlighting how you fit the profile described to: chichidrycleaners@gmail.com

Deadline for submission of CVs is 15th February 2020

Its precisely that mentality that make us perform so poorly in the labour market especially when we compete against our east african neighbours! We want everything to be "vodafasta",we dont want to build,we want things ready made for us to just reap the dividends!Well,The real world is so much more sobering than your wishful thinking.Serious people invest in learning through internships, volunteer stints and even apprenticeship! But you probably havent heard of that route have you?!

Please add more details like location, thank you
