Get my point. Mleta mada anasema kwamba hizo hospitali hazina electricity at all which is a fat lie and it's the same thing you are insinuating here. Those hospitals are connected to electricity but require three-phase connections to enable them use certain machines. Do you know what a three-phase connection is?
