1. Transport - electrified standard gauge railways, tarmacked roads, airports, sea ports, urban infrastrucure (flyovers, water, gas etc)
2. Energy - At least 10,000MW by 2020.
3. Communication - broadband.

Are we going to bring foreigners to do the mentioned infrastructures? If you had said educate our youths so that we can achieve development of our own I would have supported you. Have a look at Dar airport, our railways, air tanzania, ttcl all are in shambles we cannot maintain anything it is pity indeed reason poor education and poor government system.
