1. Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions aligned with the respective master's program.
2. Student Engagement: Foster a positive learning environment by actively engaging with students, providing guidance, and facilitating discussions.
3. Assessment and Feedback: Design assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
4. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in the relevant fields to ensure course content remains current and relevant.
5. Office Hours: Hold regular office hours to address student inquiries, provide additional assistance, and support academic progress.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow instructors, department heads, and administrative staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
7. Professional Development: Pursue continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay informed about educational methodologies.
8. Advising: Offer academic guidance and support to students, assisting them in their academic and career goals.
9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to educational policies, standards, and regulations established by Institute Maker and relevant accreditation bodies.
10. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information in accordance with institutional policies.
