Why and for which reasons did the neighboring country of Central Africa opt to congratulate the Veep and not the President at all?
Intelligence sources have been claiming that, the Veep suffers similar clan with that Bloody nation.
These have been unanswered questions,by Diplomatic protocol, the Veep wouldn't have been congratulated,so this seems to be an intelligence rolling out at our door.
