It is not KDF that failed Geza Ulole. The General was leading a UN peace contingent drawn from several countries, but in all it was the failure of UN on several aspects, even in Somalia, Burundi soldiers have withdrawn due to lack of payments by UN and Amisom

No excuses, because the senior officers are supposed to possess 6 main attributes and number one is to be seen as a ''leader''

Blame one Kenyan who took over leadership of UMISS in June...way to go...Kenya is out and others will soon follow..I will keep you posted
