A philosophical mind game. Do we have to change or we don't have any other option but change. Je yawezekana kuendelea bila ya kubadilika au kuendelea kwenyewe kunaashiria mabadiliko? Mfumo usiobadilika unaweza kweli kudumu au kudumu kwake kunategemea kubadilika kwake (kuadapt)?

Inakuwaje pale ambapo mfumo unagoma kubadilika na matokeo yake kulazimishwa kubadilika kama tunavyoshuhudia kule Iran? Which is easier, to change or to oppose change?
 
Change is inevitable.

Siamini kuwa tunaweza kuendelea bila kubadilika. Ili tuweze kuendelea ni lazima kuufanyia overhaul mfumo mzima wa uongozi wa nchi. Mabadiliko makubwa ni lazima katika Katiba ya nchi, misingi ya uongozi, mgawanyo wa madaraka katika mihimili mikuu ya nchi (Serikali, Mahakama na Bunge). Baadhi ya mifumo na sheria za nchi zinaweza kurekebishwa bila kufanyiwa mabadiliko makubwa.

Katiba yetu imepitwa na wakati. Haisaidii serikali wala wananchi katika kutoa mwongozo wa namna bora ya kuendesha shughuli mbalmbali za kitaifa. Na hii ndio maana tunashuhudia uvunjwaji wa Katiba na kauli zinazopingana na matendo ya serikali (wengine kudai tuko kwenye ubepari, wakati Katiba inasema mfumo wetu ni ujamaa na kujitegemea).

Mabadiliko yoyote yanayofaa kuanywa nni lazima yaendane sawia kabisa na maisha ya kawaida ya kila mtanzania. Mifumo yetu yote inatakiwa iweze kukua pamoja na ukuaji wa jamii yetu. Hakuna mfumo, sheria, katiba wala kanuni zozote za nje ya nchi yetu zinazoweza kutufaa moja kwa moja. Ndio, kuna mengi tunayoweza kuiga (kwa kuyarekebisha kidogo), bali ni lazima tutumie ubunifu wetu kuunda mfumo mahususi kwa nchi yetu.

Mara zote wanaosimamia utekelezaji wa sheria na uongozi wa nchi wanapokuwa wagumu kusikiliza na kutekeleza mahitaji muhimu ya watu wao, mwisho hutokea vurugu. Ni hulka ya binadamu kuvumilia kwa kipimo. Ikifika mahali uvumilivu ukishindwa kufanya kazi, busara hupungua na hatua za nguvu kutumika. Najua kuna baadhi yetu wanaoweza kudai kuwa ya Iran hayawezi kutokea kwetu. Ila haiwezekani kuwa yanayotokea yaweze kutokea kila sehemu duniani, isipokuwa kwetu tu. Serikali zinao wajibu wa kusikiliza zaidi watu wao ili kuepusha shari kama hizo. Mambo hayo yametokea sehemu nyingi sana. Mifano ya karibuni ni Kenya, Zimbabwe na sasa Iran. Hakuna mtu au kikundi cha watu (hata kwa kutumia nguvu zote walizonazo) wanaoweza kuzuia wananchi kutekeleza mahitaji yao endapo serikali itashindwa kuyatimiza. Njia hutofautiana kutokana na nafasi ya kuchukua maamuzi inayokuwepo.

The easiest way is to accept change. Accepting change gives opportunity to design the right/correct and change that is needed. If you deny/oppose change, then change will force its way and it will be catastrophic (as has been in many cases).

Ni kawaida ya binadamu kuogopa change. Ila ni kwa kupitia change pekee ndipo maendeleo ya kweli yanapopatikana. Kwa wanaoamini dini, wanajua kuwa, huwezi kwenda mbinguni bila kufa. Lakini kifo ni kitu cha kutisha kabisa, pamoja na kuwa kwenda mbinguni ni jambo linaloombewa na kila muumini.

If you do "nothing", nothing happens. If you do "something", something happens.
 
Change is both ways: for change to be inevitable society inahitaji kuchokoka as whole na mfumo uliopo, hizo ndizo facts zilizoleta fujo sehemu zote. Na hadi hili litokee ni lazima kuwe na sababu zinazo wakera wengi na kueleweka na wengi kuliko wachache. Tukirudi kama Tanzania asilimia kubwa ya watanzania bado hawaelewi role of the government, hivyo wengi wenye tabu huu-accept has fate. Ni hadi siku watakayo kuja elewa the role of the government ndio wataanza kupiga kura kwa maadili badala ya tonge la pilau. Ndio maana huwa nasema hawa wapinzani wanaangaika na mafisadi bure badala ya kuangaika na kuwaelimisha wapiga kura, those are the poeple who matter. Wakishajua madhara wanayopata kutokana na uongozi mmbovu wataleta tu haya mabadiliko kwa namna yoyote, kama vile waman'gati walivyojua athari za serikali itawabadilishia namna yao kuishi. Hivyo na wanaoishi mabondeni, wanaosoma shule za chini ya miti inabidi waelewe inaweza kuwa bora kama tutatoa CCM. Huitaji kumshauri Za10 hili anaelewa tosha, bali Rajabu wa kule vingunguti ambae anakaa mstari wambele raisi wake akienda, wakati huohuo mwanawe ata dawati shule hana. Hawa wakishaelewa then change is inevitable or else its just a fantasy kwani the scond change is more of a moral obligation na leader mwenye nia njema na serikali yake. So far african leaders have proven to be selfish leaders and not the type to adapt necesseary changes for the good of their people.
 
Ukuaji wa binadamu ni maendeleo ya afya yake pia ni mwenendo wa mabadiliko ya kihisia, kimwili, kifikra hata kimtazamo wake katika kuendelea ukuaji wake.
Proccess ya ukuaji inaposita kuendelea basi huo ndiyo unakuwa mwanzo wa mwisho wa binadamu huyo.

Mfumo unaokua ni lazima UBADILIKE lau hautaki kuadapt mabadiliko basi tunauhesabia kuwa mfumo huo ni mfu au unaelekea kufa.

Ni rahisi kubadilika (in positive way) kuliko kuopose mabadiliko.
TUNAHITAJI MABADILIKO ili tuweze kuendelea mbele kama taifa
 
THERE IS NO SINGLE YES OR NO ANSWER TO THIS KIND OF QUESTION.There are lot of issues not to be overlooked if you are to arrive at an appropriate ,relevant and convincing answer ya....change is neccessary and it is also inevitable.Change lays btn rights and responsiblities.but for every thing in life there is prons and cons.to change or to oppose change all are possible it depends on which side the change is being directed to.......easy to say that it is only change that will make us prosper .......something in life is like the situation that it takes place by itself......................you are supposed not to sit down and wait for change becauseafter enfiorcement it will automatically come when due....and if change comes too late than expected then thuis also indicate s something else like no enough prepararion and educatuion tio those who are supposed to accept changes.........sometimes changes are being asked and forced.....always and in every suituation one should prove beyond dought that there is a need for change and there should be a mutual agreement btn the parts involved and to whom change will effect.change shall let say not be opposed if are there for good

Change of a system is inevitable when the threshold is reached. Tanzania has not reached the threshold for the change, and so any change would be a premature phenomenon for the time being and it will be not sustainable. Without creating conditions for change, it's going to take centuries for the change to happen in Tanzania. CCM knows how to block the conditions for change... they have simply tampered with Education and are not ready to fix it...

Change is inevitable... whether from within or outside!! in our case, we just dont seem to see nor use all the thresholds and indicators as they come to us simply because we dont ever work or even trying to think collectively

no matter how we try to speechify the need any change... it is imperative that our society averse our style of laid back and pleasing everyone else but us... if we dont initiate the changes then we have to wait for external factors, and in many cases, that attracts more negatives that positives for us!!
 
The arrow of time demands that change is inevitable.

It does not matter where change comes from. What matters is whether the change is complete, adequate and correct for the society in time.

In most cases, it is difficult for change to come from within. There must be external forces that demand for change to occur.

Ni vigumu sana kwa walio ndani ya system kuona mapungufu yake. Hiyo husababishwa na hofu ya kupoteza chochote wanachopata kutokana na system ilivyo (hata kama wanajua kuna umuhimu wa change). Na pia ugumu wa kujikosoa.

Hii inajidhihirisha kila mara viongozi wastaafu wanaoposimama na kuanza kuona mapungufu mbalimbali katika uongozi (unaokuwa madarakani) na namna mambo yanavyokwenda. Walipokuwa sehemu ya uongozi huo, walitetea system iliyopo kwa nguvu zao zote. Mifano ni Mwl. Nyerere, na wengine waliopata nafasi ya kutoa maoni yao wakiwa nje ya uongozi.

Newton aliwahi kusema "If I could sit outside this world, I would take it the best place in the universe". Hii inanidhihirishia kuwa, si rahisi kuwa ndani ya chombo kisichotumia nguvu ya mashine na ukaweza kukiendesha ukakitoa pale kilipo.

Kwa mfano, ukiwa ndani ya gari ambalo halijawashwa (liko off), si rahisi kuliondoa pale lilipo, ila ukiwa nje ya gari hilo, kuna uwezekano wa kulihamisha hata kwa kulisukuma.

Change in pressure zake, resistance zake lakini pia in causes na targets zake, target yoyote huletwa na vipimo vya malengo

In our context, change haiwezi kutoka ndani kutokana na failed systems, and since its inevitable; then external forces/pressure ni key

Je sie wana JF tuko nje au ndani ya system?

WHAT CAUSES CHANGE?
There are fundamentally three reasons for change:

  • Political/Government influences - representing new or modified laws, rules and regulations to be implemented either dictated to us or by majority rule. This is closely related to...
  • Cultural influences - society, fashion, religion, customs and language, even the physical environment affects change. For example, the use of our vernacular or our personal appearance represents subtle changes in attitudes and morality. Mother nature, with its tempest of storms, affects how and where we live. The evolution of technology falls into this category as well. For example, consider how the PC, cell phones, video players, and the Internet have affected our lives over the last few years. We now live in a fast-paced world where we expect everything on demand.
  • Competitive/Economic Influences - in order to succeed in life, it is necessary to evolve and improve in order to win. Do we really want to just "Keep up with the MAFISADI'" or do we want to get ahead of them? Economics also influences our way of life and represents our safety blanket. For example, if we do not feel economically stable, we will alter what we are doing in life to safeguard our family and ourselves.
As an aside, these three agents of change greatly influence our information requirements. Those who understand this will adapt accordingly and be masters of their destiny. Those that do not, will fall behind.

Change has to come with exeternalities as Recta pointed out on the fear of change and us humans. The main reason behind the idea is that we only know what has been reinforced in our lives through observation, socialization and how we win our daily breads. Therefore this creates a superficial social bond ie people come to accept their position in the social without questioning. However with externalities such as education of all sorts travelling (learning others societies), books, schooling etc. Helps in developing our cognition even further thus increasing our reasoning abilities . That is why you see a lot of members in JF do not go without a meal yet are still bothered with the governmmet bad behaviour. At the same time you see people who are directly affected by this behaviours still queue up for Mr.President whenever he goes. Here i dont see fear of change but ignorance, this is why western societies define ignorance as the number one evil in developing as a whole. Its pure ignorance in society that allows CCM to continue. I mean who in the right mind would welcome Lowassa with a tradition dance only in Tanzania. You see, there is the need to educate these masai's and zaramos who is responsible for much of their struggle and what are their rights from the government. Its only then that political change may occur either forcefully or CCM coming to realize Tanzanians have given them an offer that CCM can longer refuse. At the moment CCM knows those who matter the most are still in deep sleep, until then tutarumbana Oh talk is cheap,Oh why dont you start doing this as an example, sijui ndivyo tulivyo. It dont matter that much at the end of the day sana sana unajichimbia kaburi lako tu. What matters is to wake up the nation, sasa naelewa waraka wakanisa ulikua na nia gani if only the opposition parties wangekua wameulewa vizuri.

Good changes come from within. This is because it could be easier to have the parameters influencing the changes, being controlled.
Kama tunazikaa facts zinazotaka kufanya changes from within, then external factors will influence the changes.Those external factors will bring the changes in form of Tsunami.As a result, the consequences could bring all the negative issues a good human being would live to avoid.
