Is the Postgraduate Dissertation Marks part of the G.P.A Calculation?

Ningependa kufahamu kama Marks za Dessertation (Research) ni sehem ya kukukotoa G.P.A kwa Postgraduate studies eg. PGD, Master's, PhD?
 
Udsm,
Dissertation has no of credits which make up the sum of credits required for award of masters degree.i.e udsm coet is 60 credits, coursework is 120 credits total credits required is 180

Otherwise kwanini ufanye research ambayo haisaidii ku-grade your final degree results.
