Weka majibu yote ya FBP hapa itarahisisha interpretation.There are many causes of Leucopenia(low WBC count) such as drug induced, HIV infection, Typhoid na nyingine nyingi tu.. uki-google unaweza uka-match dalili ulizonazo na majibu yako.

nikaandikiwa dawa zingine sizikumbuki jina ni 2.5 tu!
kusema eti chanzo nini sielewi coz nilitaka kufanya checkup tu ndo nikafikia huko! dr alinimbia natakiwa kuwa Wbc 4.5 au zaidi
so nikaona nijaribu na mbadala

Foods That Increase White Blood Cells.

Fish and Flax Oil


  • Fatty fish, including tuna and salmon, and flax oil are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3's are a beneficial kind of fat that boost the immune system by increase the germ-eating activity of white blood cells. Flax oil can be added to fruit smoothies.

Dark Meat and Shellfish


  • Dark meat and shellfish are high in zinc. Zinc helps the body produce more white blood cells and makes existing white blood cells more aggressive. Foods like dark turkey meat, beef, oysters and crab contain high amounts of zinc. You can also get zinc from beans and fortified cereals.

Garlic

Kama kweli ulienda tu kupima afya na ukakutwa majibu ni hayo napenda kukupa hongera sana maana ni Wa Tanzania wachache tunawaza kwenda pima.ila bado nina imani kama ulikutana na Doctor lazima alikushauri upime na vitu vingine zaidi ya hiyo FBP...je umekuwa na mafua ya muda mrefu ambayo huwa unakuwa nayo kila ukipima??je Una tatizo lolote la muda mrefu la kiafya ambalo hujalisema?

malimao 120 kwa siku 10 kama kinga na tiba mwilini hii inatakiwa utumie mara 1 au 2 kwa mwaka ( na hapa mimi na wewe tukikaa eneo lenye mbu iwe usiku au jion wanakung'ata wew tu! Lkn kwa hili sijui ni hiyo juice damu ya mtu no uhakika)

matatzo nilikuwa nayo ni maumivu kama ya mchoko kwenye kifua hadi mgongon kwa ndan na fizi kutoa damu mara kwa mara ambapo sasa hivi ni tofauti (maumivu kama jana ndo umeanza mazoez kwa mda mrefu hukufanya)

O.k Mkuu, inaweza kukutia shaka, lakini ni jambo la kawaida, zingatia kula mlo kamili (Balanced diet) zitapanda. Kama upungufu huo haujatokana na ugonjwa sio lazima kutumia dawa ili kuziongezea.
