Folk-lift operators ferry two cars that were said to have stayed at the Port's G-Section for more than ten years
A Kenya Ports Authority security officer and a senior police officer walk past some of the crushed vehicles at the Port's G-Section as Kenya Revenue Authority resumed crushing more vehicles at the port of Mombasa on Thursday. The vehicles were said to have stayed unclaimed for more than ten years. KRA intends to crush more than two hundred cars by the end of December.
My take:
Instead of crushing the cars, jamaa wangezitia mnadani
watu wakafaidi. But yet again there go the skewed ideas
of some of our policy makers.
