Je, njia ipi ni nzuri ya kuzuia virusi vya Corona kati ya hizi mbili zinazotumiwa na Tanzania na Kenya?

We should be asking more serious questions mambo ya fumigation ni ya kawaida ata Jana after the streets were cleared the firebrigade did massive fumigation along major streets in Nairobi.

Anyway let me ask the following:

1. How many people have Tanzania authorities tested so far?
2. Have Tanzanian authorities done contact tracing for people who came into contact with those who tested positive?
3. How many have been put under observation or even quarantine?

Take my words, kuna uwezekano mkubwa baada ya wiki mbili mkasikia hakuna mgonjwa hata mmoja hapa Tanzania.

Jirani yake somalia ni nani? Kama Somalia anatuhumiwa kuwa na IQ ndogo je jirani yake somalia ni nani?

That's is good for you.Let me give you an insight about Kenya. Over 900 people have been tested so far.
Most Of the cases that turned positive are those of Kenyans who had travel history from affected countries.
The Kenyan government has identified and isolated most of the people who came into contact with those infected.

Kaka, kitu kimoja nataka kukuhakikishia kwamba, approach ya kupambana na Corona, dunia nzima ni sawa inasimamiwa na WHO.
1)Screening
2)Testing
3)Isolation
4)Tracking of contacts people
5)Quarantine.

Number of testing is always affected by number of those who tested positive. If the country has many infected cases, obvious it will have many contacted cases which will result to many testing.

Tanzania we have only 13 cases, last time we tested 26 contacts, all were negative, Kenya you had 31 cases, you tested 81contacts, 7 turned positive, don't you see the similarity between these countries?.

Most cases in kenya are imported cases. The logic is that the more the people in a country travel the more the likelyhood of infections.
when you look at african countries with with high volume of airtravel the more the covid19 cases. infact countries in North Africa reported the first cases.Sane people will avoid misguided thoughts that Tanzania is better prepared ,we aren't in a competition for heavens case! .You should ask yourself why Northkorea have zero cases or why cases in Africa are fewer compared to other countries .

If the approach is the same all over the world, then what is this bullshit you are trying to imply here,'ati magufuli has a better strategy than that of Kenya' hahahaa......you must be insane. Its like kenya trying to say it has better measures than Egypt coz of fewer infections .

You can have a point there, even in Tanzania all cases are imported except one, which also had contact with someone who travelled recently.

But also it depends with the way the government is prepared to handle those imported cases. There is no doubt that Tanzania is more prepared than many of its neighbors, Tanzania is visited by many foreigners than Uganda, Rwanda and Zambia for example, but Tanzania has fewer cases than those countries, despite the fact that Uganda and Zambia closed their borders far earlier and got their first cases latter than Tanzania.

Kenya also is less prepared compared to Tanzania, good example is the case of deputy governor of Kilifi. But also if you see the way Government of Tanzania has put structure on how to fight this pandemic, from The president himself, through Prime Minister who is the In charge of special ministerial committee, down to district level, you will definitely agree that Tanzania is much better prepared than Kenya.

My friend, sometimes you make me wonder, I am not sure if you know what you are talking about, are we really talk the same thing?, are we at the same level of thinking?.

We were talking on guidelines on how to identify cases and testing, that is coordinated by WHO, nearly all countries follow the same procedures. But strategies of controlling the spread of infection, that purely depends on individual countries, while others impose curfew, others lockdown, and others nothing.

Even try to see treatment of those tested positive n sent to isolation units! While in Kunyaland a South African national commit suicidein Nakuru, in Tanzania those in isolation seem to do just fine!
