- Kula chakula kilichopikwa vizuri nyumbani - balanced diet,
- Fanya mazoezi ya kiasi hasa ya kutembea na kukimbia,
- Punguza kahawa au chai,
- Lala kiasi ccha kutosha,
- Tumia mafuta ya nazi na avocado,
- Usitumie vyombo vya plastiki wala vya bati, tumia aluminium na glass,
- Kula maini,
- Kula karoti kwa wingi,
- Kula kabichi
- Pata vitamin D,
- Furahi muda mwingi nk
 
Mkuu hebu nielezee hapo kwenye vyombo vya plastic au bati....naomba kujua madhara yake,hasa hivyo vya bati (maana vya plastic nilishasikia somewhere)
