Kwamba ukiweka jiko sijaelewa air con itafanyaje...ufafanuzi kiongozi.It depends. Hakuna lililo bora.
Mi ni bachelor. Self employed. Nafanya kazi from home na inapobidi naenda site kwa client. Ila muda mwingi niko nyumbani.
Kwangu hakuna jiko hata la kuchemshia maji. Hizi ni sababu zangu, na zinaweza zisifanane na zako.
1. Nina kazi nyingi za kufanya. Kuandaa, kupika, post clean up itanichukua si chini ya masaa 6 kwa siku. Time better spent working.

Wajaribishe. Jog nao, pigeni push ups, burpees, squats uangalie. Even better, pigeni physical hard work that is independent of body mass. But, at the end of the day if you feel comfortable with your body, good for you men..
