Even though the pipo may not want them, some way some how these worthless MPs get elected into parliament. For some reason, HE always prefers to sponsor such substandard candidates into parliament. They never deliver nothing for the pipo, except singing HIS praises. HE is revered over there even more than Jesus, and it disgusting.
He seems to resent development/independent minded pipo in HIS chiefdom. HE seems to thrive on the misconception (he helped propagate) among the pipo from that region, and in that slum billed to be the largest in the universe that they are the disfavored ones. Any development project brought about by HIS non-supporters vying for a seat in any of the constituencies in the regions where he holds sway is percieved as the central govt's(and I mean the govt led by somebody from "central") nefarious plans to undermine HIM.
He is quick to pillory others for corruption and incompetence, lakini he is blind to the similar offences committed by HIS people.....his sycophants.
HE is the only "champion" for the poor. INDEED!!!

But all of the scams JuaKali 1980 listed are GRAND CORRUPTION!!!! You are harping a useless line about "development minded leaders like Raphael Tuju". A tired line that says the only people capable of development in a particular region are those willing to repudiate their own leaders, toe "our " line and lick our boots. Dayum, if i didn't know you, I'd say you're going through a phase. How can you even defend a regime that can't even account for fully 1/3 of its national budget and tries subtle means to undermine devolution!!But most of these claims still remain unsubstantiated.
In my above criticism of HIM, I dint anywhere say the other pack is clean. All the NASA leaders, right from HIM have been implicated in some impropriety while they were holding public offices. The MPs, senators, Governors drawn from the party headed by HIM do indulge in corruption in their constituencies, and not once has HE ever called them to order. All the top leaders that have united to form the NASA party have checkered past, all those leaders, right from HIM. And if HE really abhors corruption and other acts of criminality as he always portray himself, why then in HIS quest for the coastal region backing is HE cavorting with one of the leaders from that region said to be a 'chemist'?
The reason I'd rather Jubilee than NASA is bcos at least they are delivering in terms of development, in a manner I do not believe NASA under HIM will ever be able to. This is what Kenya needs now more than ever. Look at HIS past records in that field, look at his records in Kibra and his policies in Nyanza area, pushing for leaders of low calibre into parliament. Most have never achieved much in terms of development, except politicking and always blaming central government (l already explained what I mean by the "central govt") for the region's development woes. Look at what happened to the independent and development minded Nyanza leaders such as Raphael Tuju.
If HE cant even foster development in his own region, in own constituency, why then should we trust him with the country?
Juakali1980 , if corruption is really your concern against this govt, then I implore you, NASA and HIM as the president is not the answer.
Uhuru Kenyatta has really tried to reach out to the people of Nyanza area, he has really tried to heal the bad blood between Kisumu and Nairobi, and I admire him for that. Thru his govt, he has really tried to develop the region, despite HIM and his goons always standing in the way.
