Position: General Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of integrity, creativity, sales, and management skills. This position requires proficiency in both English and Swahili languages. Additionally, a valid driving license will be considered an added advantage. The General Manager will be responsible for leading our team, driving sales growth, and overseeing the smooth operation of our distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales and distribution teams.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Ensure efficient distribution operations and timely delivery of products.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork within the organization.
Utilize modern technology to optimize business processes and productivity.
Collaborate with suppliers and maintain positive business relationships.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of a diploma in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience (experience not mandatory but preferred).
Strong integrity, creative thinking, and excellent sales acumen.
Proficiency in both English and Swahili languages.
Possession of a valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.
Location:
The position is based in Kigamboni. Applicants should be currently residing in Kigamboni or willing to relocate at their own cost.
Contract and Application:
