locate and display relevant information on the client’s PC, laptop or smart device
from anywhere in the world.
Integral Tracking Limited is looking for internship candidates to fit the listed
positions: –
1. Sales Executives (2 Position)
2. Office Administrator (1 Position)
To qualify for the internship one MUST:
• Be a Tanzanian citizen living in Mwanza
• Be an unemployed Tanzanian graduate aged between 18 – 30 years.
• Have completed a relevant bachelor’s degree or Diploma.


SALES EXECUTIVES (2 POSITION)
Duties and responsibilities:
o Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
o Researching prospects and generating leads.
o Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in
person.
o Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
o Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
o Participating in sales team meetings.
o Products presentation
o Negotiation and Sales Closure
o Ideas and strategies to drive consistent sales performance
o Set up strong customer engagement programs that lead to deeper customer
satisfaction, strengthening of customer ties, and effective farming of customer
referrals
o An interface between Top Management and clients.
Education and Skills:
o Diploma / Degree in Marketing, IT, business administration, Mass
Communication, Sociology, Engineering or any related course.
o Good Communication Skills
o Fluent in both Swahili and English Language
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (1 POSITION)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Supporting company operations by maintaining office systems and
supervising staff
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and
procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence,


designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply
requisitions, and assigning and monitoring functions
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning
employees and following up on work results.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget,
scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating
corrective actions.
Education and Skills
• Diploma / Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting,
Engineering or any accounting related course.
• Good Communication Skills
• Fluent in both Swahili and English Language
