Joint venture by renovating the house and share rent 50/50

Hello respected fellows,
I have a house located in Tuamoyo near Mikadi Beach area, Kigamboni. I would like to have somebody to share with it by renovating the house and divide the rent 50/50. The House is huge has all necessary documents and has Luku electricity, 11 rooms, 2 baths space for car parking area, anyone interested or knows these guys. Please let me know:
