Tribunal recommends removal of Justice Joseph Mutava

.A tribunal probing the conduct of suspended Judge Joseph Mutava has recommended his removal from office. The tribunal led by appeals court Judge David Maraga presented its recommendations to President Uhuru Kenyatta this morning, and established three of the six allegations levelled against justice Mutava were true. That must be one hell of a judge, Mr mutava allocated himself to deal with a case that he himself is a party!?, Thats aganist even natural laws of survival. Anyway good for him coz thats just pathetic.
