Karl Max's definition of law

Despite the truth that law has been defined by different jurists, my experience to what has been going on in our country I have come to agree with Karl Max's definition of law that "LAW IS AN INSTRUMENT USED BY THE RULING CLASS TO SUPRESS THE LOWER CLASS"

who is that stupid fellow in power that can enact any law to make things difficult for him to govern. Law is simply an expression of the thoughts, wishes, interests and power of the powerful full stop.
