Hivi kwa MoU kati ya wakristo na serikali "serikali imevunja katiba ibara 19 inayosema .."serikali haina dini......na shughuli za kuendesha taasisi za dini zitakuwa nje ya serikali...."

Je..fedha hizo za umma zilizotolewa zimeshafanyiwa auditing na auditor wa serikali au kamati ya bunge???

Je.. kuipa taasisi za dini fedha si kusaidia kuendesha shughuli za dini?

Je ni lini MoU hii itavunjwa na waliohusika kuulizwa na tume huru?

Je naweza kupeleka shauri hili mahakamani ili lipate tafsiri sahihi ya ibara hiyo?
 
Je inawezekana kutaifisha na kuirudishia umma fedha ikiwa hazijatumika kwa ajili ya umma

Mkuu unataka kuniharibia thread yangu,

kwa ufupi msimamo wangu uko pale pale wanatakiwa kuomba kwa udhalilisha alama za dini..hususan wanachama wake

Haijalishi aina hijabu..tunachoangalia ni kwamba hawa wahuni wamemkuta mama amejisitiri kiislamu wakamvua vazi hilo kwa nia ovu..la kuchukia alama za dini ile period..

Naomba ifanyie haki thread yangu kwa kuchangia kuliko kuchanga mada

Kwa hiyo ni halali kwa serikali kuendesha taasisi za kidini as long as ni taasisi za kikristo?

Je huu si upendeleo na matumizi mabaya ya fedha za umma?

Je huu si ufisadi ambao haufanyiwi auditing na kamati za bunge wala govement auditor?

Kuna hati miliki ya kujistiri? Kwamba wasio waislam dunia nzima hawawezi kujistiri kama alivyojisitiri huyo mama? Au kila kitu kinachokupendeza machoni ndio kinakuwa kinautwa "cha Waislam tu"?
Umewaona wanawake wa kanisa la kakobe? wanavaa "alama ya kiislam"????
Una mkumbuka Mama Theresa? alikuwa anavaa kile kilemba kama alama ya uislam???

Mimi nitakubalina nawe kuwa uislam umedhalilishwa iwapo tu yule mama ni muislam. Kama sio muislam, basi mtetee tu labda kwa mgongo wa "gender activism and feminism" lakini sio kwa kupitia mlango wa uislam, uislam hauhusiki hapo.

Kwa upande mwingine, nakushauri kuwa wapo wengi wa "aina yako" ambao MoU inawauma, lakini kwa usomi wao na BUSARA zao wanaona ni bora MoU hiyo iendelee. Na hata suala la ukiukwaji wa katiba, wameishaliangalia na wamejua ukweli, na wameishia kuwa WAPOLE. Na wewe pia, unaweza ukatumia busara, ukawa MPOLE tu.

MoU inatakiwa iwaume waTanzania wote na hasa wasomi ambao wanapigania haki na usawa na matumizi sahihi ya mali za umma...

Kuwa mpole huku katib inavunjwa kwa pesa za umma kutumika kuhudumia taasisi za dini ni aina uzembe au kunyamazia ufisadi..

Hata hivyo ushauri wako wa kuchangisha ili kuwaona wanasheria unazingatiwa...

Si halali hata kidogo..ninachokiona walitoa majengo worth certaini millions kama kufuta machozi kwakuwa wanajua kuwa wanatoa through MoU Billion kila mwaka continously unaudited ambazo zinaweza kujenga zaidi vyuo vikuu 10 kwa mwaka...

Hivi ni halali kuwapa Majengo ya Mazengo Secondary (ya serikali) kwa chuo cha st.John ya wakristo kule dodoma..nilimaliza shule kule enzi hozo inataitwa mazengo complex???

Nasiktika kwamba majibu yako siyo ya hoja yangu..mimi sina shida na wakristo wala waislamu..

Mimi shida yangu ni serikali kupendelea taasisi za dini nyingine hususan za kikristo kwa njia ya MoU je huoni kwmaba wanavunja katiba?

Je huoni kwamba pesa zinazotolewa zinatakiwa kufanyiwa auditing kwasababu ni za serikali yaani umma? kamati za bunge lazima zichunguze zimetumikaje???

Au unaogopa kwakuwa wewe ni mdini (ukristo) tukiongela upendeleo wa dini yako?? acha udini wewe jibu hoja zangu..

Taasisi ya umma (MAZENGO SEC. DODOMA) ilipopokwa majengo yake na kupewa wakristo kuanzisha chuo kikuu katiba ilivunjwa?

Na kutoa hela za serikali za umma kuendesha shughuli za kanisa katiba inaendelea kuvunjwa kila mwaka?

Hizi hela zinapokuwa hazifanyiwi auditing na kamati ya bunge katiba inaendelea kuvunjwa?
