KCB posts Sh5bn net profits in 3 months

And how you live in this horrible world go-getters.?

Hahaha so you think who are the owners?

You must have seen a 'Standard Chartered nominee account' and assumed it's going to Standard Chartered the bank.
GOK is the single largest shareholders. Most shares are however traded at the stock exchanges.

A nominee account is a type of account in which a stockbroker holds shares belonging to clients, making buying and selling those shares easier.

Those nominee accounts could very easily be Barclays or Equity nominee accounts.
They have nothing to do with Standard Chartered ownership.
I'm sure if the faces behind the nominee accounts are unveiled, there would be many Kenyans.

Hahaha I know that in person not by guessing like you in which you didn't even have an idea of standard chattered ownership on KCB before telling you now

Standard chattered is the partly owner of KCB and other several banks in the region not only standard chattered but Barclay's, JPMorgan, Stanbic etc

arguing with someone who thinks that a nominee a/c is an 'operating subsidiary' will be lowering my intellect.
At least now you know what the meaning of operating subsidiary

Good for you
