Also remember in 2012 Israel sold 8 F15e strike eagle fighters to Kenya Airforce, neither country (Israel and Kenya) have accepted or denied that that transaction happened. They have been deployed in somalia but the Kenya airforce is very silent about ownership of these jets because it is a hidden deal between Kenya and Israel (America staying silent because they are yet to approve our purchase of the F 16 Jets that Karangi wanted during his tenure).
