Yeah... Talk is cheap indeed... I thought total was immediately gonna develop the Hoima Tanga pipeline its been 3 months now... Still not a sign of the pipeline!!

Coz hamjawai kujenga bomba mchakato wake hujui so sit n relax hatau ya mkata tayari na bomba la mafuta sio kama la maji au unazani wanatumia pipe za maji kusafirisha mafuta.
Fatilia kwa kina ujue na vifaa ujue vinatoka wapi na vimefika wapi.

hahaa...tushawazoea nyie, word on the streets is that this is just a conduit avenue for some jubilee mandarins to scoop some money...just wait to hear the total cost 10b$, #ruto and crew are getting ready kutenga na kutender. Nothing new here.
