I have been to both TZ and Zambia mpaka nikahoji land ownership trends/uses etc. and i can confidently say most is poorly used. These guys better amkaaa haraaaka on the agric front. si nakumbuka kuna mtu ashawahi leta mada hapa (it was Sam999 if mem serves mevright) ikaonyesha kenya consumes like 3 times maize per capita than tz.... mbona hua tunaenda in circles na hizi hoja jameni. now people have to go and prove facts to each other all over again when the facts havent changed...alafu after 5months hivi kutakuja mada kama hii tena and we will repeat this senario all over again....
if you stick in JF long enough you'll start seeing same things repeating themselves over time, as for me I always remember some things....its almost like watching KBC..... If you watched KBC since you were a kid you'll know that some tv programs and even weekend and holyday movies they air are repeat movies which they showed/aired in the 80s, 90s, early 2000ns and now...
