Each gadget that you own and which has a dedicated connection to the internet is a 'user'. For all I care I am five users - two phones, tablet, computer and TV. Well, that is my thinking. Of course, I am also making the cyber cafe a single user despite the multiple 'users' that visit since it might have a single connection. Let the experts tell us.

My friend can use google....kwanza kibera population is 177000...further more majority of kibera has phones....10million children affected by jiggers is your own statistics.

Corruption and education are two things different. Both side, Kenya and Tanzania leaders are corrupt. I must say Tanzanians leaders especially under Kikwete were corrupt than Kenya, the difference is Tanzanians never complained, but Kenyans put their leaders on the spot and challenge them that is why everyone know how Kenya is corrupt. We come back to our education, It is easy to control and rule uneducated person than a well informed and educated person.

When comparing Corruption indices of Kenya and Tz its like comparing heaven and earth,

Will that big number of users increases the well being of your Citizens? Will it improves the life of the Children suffering Kwashiorkor?

Will that number stop the spread of KUNGUNI in many parts of Kenya? What is that for?
