Let me explain the last statement that says "the deployment will happen next month," Deployment is when the satellite will be released into space from the space station. But our satellite has already been launched from earth last monday and by now it should be have arrived at the space station.

If you were conversant with setallite technology you would know that its an old method of communications that has been overtaken by fiber and wireless.
Infact there so many idle satellites nowadays that a government or individuals can hire to use for both communications and for taking HD satellite images.
This is like an african country developing a Car, Good for the newspapers but ultimately useless to the country especially if there is no commercial projections for such a project.
Heck even advanced countries like Canada and australia do not have their "native" Car or an aerospace industry, and its not for the lack of innovation or know-how or money to fund such, its because these are not priorities for their economies.

Tanzania has its economic Priorities Right, Unlike some countries countries like N.Korea who are developing nuclear tipped missiles while their citizens dont have basic food and water.

As per your arm chair analysis and suggestions au ni kweli mmeazima policy plan from DPRK kiukweli?
I dont own an armchair, never sat in one either. What I have is experience in Government and public policy. What anyone can observe is Kenya is spending its precious time and money on DPRK Like projects.
