What is happening now on NTV, is the historical event whereby the Trade Unions (workers unions) and the political joint NASA are signing an MOU such that the Unions are officially endorsing the joint for power in the coming general election. Can't happen in Tanzania as all the public workers would be in danger of losing their jobs.

Workers in Kenya have the challenges of their own and Tanzania workers have theirs.

workers challenges are the same in the liberalised economies in the whole world. If your employer paid you your worth there would be no millionaires etc etc...

This can't happen even in united state under Trump ..

Only weak Leader can allow that to happen......

It can't happen in Tanzania not because workers would be in danger of losing their jobs, but because the current constitution (which needs reform) doesn't allow workers' unions to take political sides!

However, Individual workers are allowed to participate in political activities provided that they abide with some rules!

You should clearly differentiate a worker from a workers' Union

oNGELEA mambo ya msingi, is that constitutional? do all workers agree on that? Is there any resolution from a Union legal forum (meeting) backing this action?? What does the Union Policy/Constitution say regarding this?
I'm worrying if the members (workers) interest are balanced.

Have you forgotten what HE Kenyatta stated in his Ukambani election campaign? He actually threatened local chiefs and ward officials that after the election [if he wins] he will take disciplinary action to all officials who are supporting NASA .

The problem with this kind of endorsement is the workers union don't have votes count. Individuals is all you need to make the difference in your votes numbers
