I was looking to some statistics, hawa jamaa wanatuzidi; hata kama tutabisha lakini ukweli uko hivyo, ndio maana hata level ya utapeli iko juu kwao kuliko Tanzania.

The good examples are the level of development between East Africa reached in relation to the number of graduates per year. Kenya with the population of 49.7 million, is producing 539,749 equal to 1.2% of the total population graduates from the tertiary and higher education as compared to Tanzania with the population of 57.3 million people which produces only 178,598 equally to 0.31 of the total population graduates from tertiary education (World Education Service 2018).

By these data, it simply means, the economy of Kenya is more inclusive and the majority of the population are empowered to participate in the economy as compared to Tanzania which is below. That’s why Kenya is leading the region for its stable economy followed by Rwanda and Tanzania is the third.

Mkuu vigezo au indicators ni uwiano wa idadi ya watu ukilinganisha na walioajiriwa, siyo idadi ya waliowezeshwa kuwa na sifa za kuajiriwa.

Sasa kutetea hoja yako weka namba au hesabu za uwiano (ratio) ya idadi ya walioajiriwa Kenya ukilinganisha na idadi yao ya watu (population) na takwimu za mwaka huohuo kwa Tanzania hapo ndio tutajuwa nani wapo na uchumi jumuishi (inclusive economy).
 
Mkuu unachoongea na report rasmi ya Inclusive Development Index iliyowekwa na World Economic Forum ya mwaka 2018 ni tofauti sana na ulichoeleza hapa!

Tena Kenya hawajaweka taarifa zao sababu kukosekana taarifa flani kwa kipindi cha toka 2012 - 2016 zilipokusanywa taarifa husika. Imagine wanavyotushambulia Tanzania tunaficha taarifa au takwimu!

Ona ufafanuzi wao kuhusu Kenya

"For me inclusive growth must be more than mere creation of employment opportunities. Rather inclusive growth should create opportunities for the unemployed to participate in the economy by creating their own jobs. Inclusive growth must be a means for the underprivileged to own means of production.

Inclusive growth must be a means of empowering the poor to create their own wealth not through picking crumbs from the rich as labor, but through participating in the production value chain especially extracting and processing of natural resources. The fourth industrial revolution does not support big factory floors or huge mining houses; efficiency and effectiveness favors small enterprises. I see this as a plus to inclusive growth."

Kigezo cha kutambua uchumi/maendeleo jumuishi kingekuwa ni uwezo wa watu wengi wa daraja la kawaida (kati na chini) kutengeneza mazingira ya kujiajiri badala ya kuajiriwa na matajiri wachache kisha wanalipwa ujira mdogo(mabaki tu toka meza ya walichokula matajiri).

Hapo anasema bora kuwa na akina Laizer wa Mererani wengi kwenye sekta isiyo rasmi waliojiajiri katika shughuli za kawaida kama uchimbaji mdogo wa madini kisha wanapiga Tanzanite na kupata mpunga mrefu, wanaenda kujiajiri na kuajiri wenzao kuliko kuajiriwa na Barick au Geita Gold Mine au na Muhindi wa BIDCO au kuajiriwa na serikali kisha unapata kamshahara kadogo tu, Unategemea ajira maisha yako yote.
Ni vema watu wakajiajiri kwenye kilimo n.k.

Ukimiliki nyumba, gari kitambi na uwezo wa kumlipia mwanao shule nzuri anarudi na kiingereza kizuri au Kiswa/kinge toka shule basi unaridhika.

Kujiajiri ndiyo mpango mzima kuliko kuajiriwa, vinginevyo akina mzee Mengi wangebaki kuajiriwa wangeishia maisha ya kawaida tu hadi kufa.
Ona akina Mzee nani bado wanakimbizana na ubunge huku wamezidi miaka 60 kisa walitegemea ajira za serikali ujana wao wote.

Na nani aliekuambia kuhitimu degree ndio kuwa na tickets ya kuingia kwenye inclusive economy? Wansohitimu VETA wanaingia wapi pamoja na colleges?

Kuna uhusiano gani wa kimantiki kati ya kuhitimu degree na uchumi jumuishi?
