Hujui land policy za Kenya.Kijana I'm well informed about land tenure of several African countries including Kenya. Kenya is exercising a freehold system of ownership of land. No limit of time to own. This applies to all land owners regardless the nationality. This's why the Dalamare and the like are owning big tracks of land and no one touches them.
Our leasehold system enables us to acquire the land whenever we need it for public interest.
Hujui land policy za Kenya.
According to Article 65(1) of the Constitution, a “person who is not a citizen may hold land on basis of leasehold tenure only, and any such lease, however granted, shall not exceed ninety nine years”. The leasehold is, however, renewable on expiry of the term.
Buda umeanza kubadilisha gear? Ulisema hamna time limit? This article exists for long time. Can you tell the example of land with expired lease which reverted back to the state!!?

Shamba nyingi sana zimerudi where I come from, for example ranches in Chaka and Narumoru towns.
As for Delamere, the example you cited, you do know that our constitution allows for dual citizenship? Thomas Patrick Gilbert Cholmondeley, kisheria ni Mkenya.
