Ardhi kenya kumiliki inategemea na maeneo, vijijini vijana huaga wanafyeka na kunyakua tu...na sio kitu ambacho nimesimuliwa tu, nimejionea mwnywe wazee walikaa kikao na kuamua kuufyeka msitu flani na kuwagawia vijana kila mtu kipande chake..tena bure bila ya hata ndururu kisa palikuwa hapatumiki na pamejikalia tu na ni sehemu yao kimipaka(jamii)Nikupongeze mkuu kwa kusema ukweli mtupu.

Hujui land policy za Kenya.Kijana I'm well informed about land tenure of several African countries including Kenya. Kenya is exercising a freehold system of ownership of land. No limit of time to own. This applies to all land owners regardless the nationality. This's why the Dalamare and the like are owning big tracks of land and no one touches them.
Our leasehold system enables us to acquire the land whenever we need it for public interest.
