As a result, The universities have been diverting the lecturers pensions, PAYE, health insurance to run the universities. Now that the workers had enough and have been on strike for 3 months and counting. Perhaps another Eurobond or loan from Exim bank will sort the problem out.

The only semester that learning happened was Jan-April 2017. Tz universities have had no interrption for many many years. The pendulum is slowly swinging towards Tz
