Kenyan & Tanzanian Surburbs

From my longterm analysis of this forum and the TZ people, is that there is a small number of TZ that consistently deny the fact that Kenya has managed to fairly advance in the fields of constructions/architecture, and adopting new technology. But Tz is also catching up fast, in the building/design and construction industrythey are not miles behind, and this can be proven by the pictures of mbagala, masaki apartments, and other residential areas of dar-es-salaam.

........For those TZs who have found courage to post pictures of high-end estates and apartments, thanks for persisiting.

Dhuks you are right. No story is perfect when it is told by one person and in a one-sided manner. Kibera is Nairobi just like Karen is.

ndo maana hata wakenya wanatudharau we are slow in grasping simple concepts. if you want to post about slums you could have started another thread and done just that tungekuona wa maana but here it was about leafy surbubs not streets or skycrapers! the best argument would have been to post best tanzanian surbubs and not post back nairobi slums:crazy: am glad wantanzania wengine wametuinua na pics za masaki.

maumivu yakizidi, pata ushauri wa daktari!

unaposema keep enjoying other peoples building, am trying to shape up what you mean coz even if they were built by investors fact is they never will take them!! buildings dont move so that makes it a kenyan/tanzanian building regardless

.

Actually mkuu i guess you read this straight from my mind.People who are presumably mature moving back and forth spewing the same gabbage about slums and stuff, which are not related to the heading. When the heading is pretty too clear.Really makes it look like a whole new level of trolling extravaganza.....made in bongo.

There is no doubt that Kenya is miles ahead of us, TZs

Dar es Salaam national stadium completed its construction in 2008, at a cost of 4.2 billion shillings by the Chinese government.

The stadia could be copmared to kenya's moi international sports centre Kasarani which was also funded by the chinese in 1987 before the 4th all Africa games.

Our crew found out when they toured Dar es salaam our neighbors seem to be miles ahead as their 60,000 seater dar es salaam national stadium is so far the best stadium in the region. Source: standardgroupkenya standardgroupkenya - YouTube
