My good man, with an American driving license & an international driving license issued in the US (for less than $50 in most states), it is relatively easy to get a Chinese driving permit. Note: My IDL was accepted in Hong Kong but I had to apply for a DL in China. I was on Study abroad in china for 2 semesters. Next you will be demanding my visa and a copy of my bio page from my passport.
Google translate jumbled the rest of your message but I suspect you are still banging on about ring roads. As NairobiWalker so eloquently put it, a road is a ring road because of its purpose and not the size, number of lanes or whichever imaginary requirement you come up with. A road, or network of roads that skirt a city are ring roads. That is final.
FYI international Driving license doesn't work in China. And getting a driving license in Beijing is nothing but easy, especially for a student, that would have required you sit for an exam(you didn't know this), no such thing as conversion. That was the first Red Flag. Second Red Flag,No Beijinger calls their roads all that S50 Bullshit. This one gave you away, so easily. Ndugu you can Google all you want, but You didn't drive shit in Beijing.
And probably never been there.
Regarding Ring Roads, any smart fella already knows whats up, you are too ashamed to concede the fact that your ring road verse was turned upside down.
Kijiweni kwetu tunasema, Njia ya muongo ni fupi.

LOL, dude, did I not just tell you that in the same post you are quoting? FYI an IDL works just fine in Hong Kong. As I stated in the original post, I only had to take the test on the mainland.
Just like with your false assertions about about Tanzania's road network, you cannot redefine what ring roads are to suit your agenda. A road, or network of roads that skirt a city are ring roads. That is final.
You spend more time in the Kenyan Subsection than anywhere else. Just go away, you are embarrassing yourself.

This one house is not a suburb. ...
To make your life easy i linked map of Nairobi, THERE is NO RING there dude, shout all the way you want.Everything in Beijing is Obviously better. And there is a difference between Nairobi, London, Beijing and Tokyo. One is just a city the rest are MEGACITIES.
I spent 3 years between Osaka and Tokyo, and more than 6 in Beijing, these places are like my home cities, there is literary nothing you can lie to me about these places.
And by the way i live in one of those places now, wont have to tell you where, but i can tell your lies plain and simple.
